FULL PRICED ITEMS
Styles that are full price are eligible for a credit note. Refunds are not available at this time. You will receive a store credit for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). Store credits are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please send returns via a secure, prepaid, and traceable method - About Rose is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. Once your return is received by us, we will email you with your store credit.

SALE ITEMS
All sales of discounted items are final. Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. This includes Black Friday and Seasonal Offers. This excludes the 10% new subscriber offer.
