Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of being placed. During busy periods, promotional events, and sales, there may be delays on dispatch. If you’ve selected express shipping and need your order by a specific date, please email us at info@aboutrose.com.au, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delivery dates provided by our carriers are estimates only. On rare occasions, orders can arrive outside the estimated timeframe. Please contact us at info@aboutrose.com.au if you'd like assistance with your delivery timeframe.

If you need to change your order, please contact our team straight away at info@aboutrose.com.au. We unfortunately cannot make changes once an order has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake. We do not cancel and refund orders.

Complimentary Click & Collect is available for Perth orders only, with collection from our North Beach location (6020).

If you select Click & Collect at checkout, the exact collection address will be sent to you via email once your order is ready to be collected. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be prepared.

If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, this option will appear at checkout under shipping ($0) when completing your purchase.
