FULL PRICED ITEMS
Styles that are full price are eligible for a credit note or exchange. Refunds are not available at this current time. You will receive a store credit for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). Store credits are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please send returns via a secure, prepaid, and traceable method. About Rose is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. Exchanges are only available to Australian customers at this time.
SALE ITEMS
All sales of discounted items are final. Sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. This includes Black Friday and Seasonal Offers. This excludes the 10% new subscriber offer.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Return Submission: The return must be submitted via our return process within 7
days of receiving your order. - Condition: Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met. Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt must be provided to confirm the return request.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email us at info@aboutrose.com.au with your name andorder number for approval. In your message, kindly specify the reason for the return. If you’d like to exchange an item, please also include the item details and the size you wish to exchange for.
We will reply with a confirmation email, along with return instructions and the
shipping address.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
We’re sincerely sorry if you’ve received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please email us at info@aboutrose.com.au so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. When contacting us, kindly include your purchase receipt and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, at our discretion, provide a refund or store credit if appropriate. Thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-5 business days. If you’ve selected express shipping and need your order by a specific date, please email us at info@aboutrose.com.au, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note, we are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for your package, it will be redirected to your local post office for collection.
Australia:
· Standard Shipping (5+ Business days): $10.50 (via Australia Post).
· Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14 (via Australia Post).
International Orders (Outside Australia)
· Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Click & Collect
Complimentary Click & Collect is available for Perth orders only, with collection from our North Beach location. If you select Click & Collect at checkout, the exact collection address will be sent to you via email once your order is confirmed.
If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, this option will appear at the checkout under ‘Pick Up’ when completing your purchase.
Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, please note that the estimated delivery date provided by our carriers is only a guide. On rare occasions, your order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. Rural areas across Australia may also experience additional delays.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been processed. However, if there has been a mistake in your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped outside of Australia, local taxes and duties may apply. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the declared value of your order on the commercial invoice.
Before placing your order, we recommend reviewing your local import regulations, as any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient. If you choose not to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded.
